环孢菌素A治疗格林-巴利综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨环孢菌素A对格林-巴利综合征患者的治疗作用。方法 68例格林-巴利患者根据严重程度分为2组,实验组以环孢菌素A联合免疫球蛋白和激素治疗,对照组使用免疫球蛋白和激素治疗,记录其临床症状和神经电生理变化,并进行比较。结果在观察时间点内,中、重度患者实验组疗效好于对照组(P<0.05),轻度患者2组间差异无统计学意义。结论环孢菌素A是治疗格林-巴利综合征患者的有效药物,比免疫球蛋白联合激素治疗更具有优势。Objective To observe the effect of Cyclosporine in therapy for Guilian - Barre syndrome. Methods 68 patients were divided into different parts according to condition. The same part was divided into group A and group B in the light of therapy meth- ods. Cyclosporine was used in group A, and immunoglohulin and hormone as the main drug, and only immunoglobulin and hormone was used in group B. The clinical syndrome and the neural eleetrophysiology effect in patients of two groups were assessed before and after the treatment. Results The effects of group A were better than that in group B for medium and sever Guillian - Barre syndrome. There were no significant differences in mild Guillian - Bane syndrome. Conclusion Cyelosporine is an effective supplementary drug for the patients with Guillain- Barre syndrome （GBS）.
