摘　　要：如何选择合适的先进制造技术 ,高效益低成本地实现柔性自动化生产 ,是我国制造业提高国际竞争力的关键 .根据对浙东地区 40余家中小型制造企业的调查 ,分析了中小企业对采用柔性自动化制造技术的实际需求 ,指出在目前我国中小企业技术装备落后且技术进步投入不足 ,生产组织和管理水平低下的情况下 ,引入计算机集成生产管理 (CIPM)系统 ,以生产管理信息集成为先导 ,是应用 CIM技术 ,实现柔性自动化生产的一条比较现实可行的发展道路 .此外 。How to choose suitable advanced manufacturing technologies to achieve flexible automated production with a high efficiency and a low cost is the key to improve the capability of international competition of the Chinese Manufacturing Industry.This paper is based on a survey of more than 40 small and medium sized (SMEs) in Eastern Zhejiang Province,and an analysis of the actual needs of SMEs for flexible automated manufacturing technologies.It has indicated that the introduction of computer integrated production management(CIPM) with SMEs must be led by the introduction of CIM for their backward technological facilities and insufficient fund for high tech.Such a method is more suited to SMEs endeavor to realize their flexible automated production.In addition,it discussed some of the key points in implementing CIPM.
