论晚清小说中留学生形象的书写

摘　　要：晚清小说中的留学生是中国小说史上亘古未有的人物形象,主要由其在国内的活动塑造而成,并受到作者的政治倾向影响。留学生形象的重要特征表现在改装和剪辫上。在晚清小说中,留学生形象大多写得浮光掠影,如蜻蜓点水,唯有《苦学生》以整篇的篇幅来书写。这是晚清小说塑造留学生这一新形象的状况,或者说成绩。The image of students studying abroad in the late Qing Dynasty novel was the unique characters in the history of ancient Chinese novel. They was shaped mainly by their activities in their country, and was affected by the author＇s political preferences. The important features of the image of students studying abroad were reflected on changing clothes and cutting the braid. In the late Qing Dynasty fiction, most image of students studying abroad was writen to skim over the surface, exception only the novel named Hard Students in which the image of students studying abroad was writen with the whole chapter.
