摘　　要：城市电网是用于城市范围内供电的各级电压电网的总称,是城市现代化建设的重要基础设施。文中提出1种实用的城市配电网规划方法。首先根据城市空间负荷预测确定规划年变电站的位置、容量及供电范围,然后进行变电站20/10 kV线路出线、中压配变容量、开关台数以及无功补偿估算,最后进行规划方案的评估、校验、修正等。应用表明,该方法符合工程实践标准,具有较强的实用性,可为城市配电网"十二五"规划修编工作提供一定的参考。The urban power grid is an important modernization infrastructure which can supply power for the city at all levels vohage grid. A practical planning method for urban distribution network is proposed. Firstly, the location, tile capacities anti supply areas of Ihe substations are determined according to the spatial load fureeasting of city planning. Then, the numbers of 20/10kV feeder outlet of the subslalioos,ihe capacities of distribution transformers,the numbers ,,f switching units and the reactive power c, umpensatinn are estimated. Finally.the evaluation and correction works lot planning programs are conducted. The application shows that the approach is consistent with the engineering practice standard, which couht provide a reference for the urban distribution network of Twelfth Five-Year.
