摘　　要：介绍构建多层次开放性工程训练教学体系的指导思想与体系内容,高水平的工程教育教学团队、3个层次的工程训练基地建设与网络教学管理平台建设保障了工程训练教学体系的实施,教学体系的运行取得了好的教学效果和一系列成果。This paper introduced the guiding ideology and contents for constructing multi-level and open engineering training teaching tystem. The application of teaching tystem is assured by high level engineering education teaching team, construction for engineering training base of three different levels and teaching manage net. Good teaching effect and a series of achievements are won by running the teaching tystem.
