640层VCT 4D-DSA技术在脑血管疾病诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨640层动态容积CT的4D-DSA后处理技术,对脑部血管疾病的动态观察及诊断。方法:500例患者行640层CT全期像扫描后,利用4D-DSA后处理技术进行后处理,直接动态显示头部血流图像,观察头颅血管的充盈情况来评价动脉瘤、动静脉畸形、静脉窦血栓情况、动脉瘤术后、静脉窦血栓后再通情况和侧支循环的建立情况。结果:500例患者中,脑血管正常417例,异常83例。异常病例中:血管变异27例;血管狭窄和闭塞23例;血管畸形2例;动脉瘤30例;上矢状窦炎性血栓形成伴侧支循环建立1例。其中10例与DSA对照,2例与MRI对照。结论:640层VCT的4D-DSA动态后处理技术能够正确诊断脑部血管病及对脑血管疾病治疗后进行正确评价。Objective： To explore the dynamic volumetric CT 640 layer 4 D-DSA after-treatment technology for brain vascular disease of dynamic observation and diagnosis. Methods： 500 patients underwent 640 layer CT （full as scanning later, using 4 D-DSA post processing technology post processing, dynamic display of blood flow directly to the head, head of the blood vessels image observe client specific to evaluate aneurysms, arteriovenous malformation and sinus thrombosis of the situation and postoperative and sinus thrombosis aneurysm after recanalization and the establishment of the collateral circulation. Results： 500 patients, 417 cases of patients with cerebral normal, account for 85 cases, in litters 85 cases in which sick： blood vessels variation of 27 patients, hemal stricture and block in 25 cases, vascular abnormalities in 2 cases, an aneurysm, 50 casessagittal sinus thrombosis with inflammatory collateral circulation build 1）. Ten of these cases against, 2 cases with DSA and MRI contrast. Conclusion： VCT layer of 640 4 D-DSA dynamic post-processing technology can correct diagnosis of brain vascular disease and cerebrovascular diseases of therapy for correct evaluation.
