八珍汤加味预防宫颈癌放疗血液学毒副反应临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察八珍汤加味对宫颈癌放疗引起的血液学毒副反应预防作用。方法选择124例宫颈癌放疗患者,均未预防性使用重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子、重组人促红细胞生成素、重组人促血小板生成素,分为治疗组和对照组,每组62例,治疗组放疗加服中药八珍汤加味,对照组放疗,同时服利可君片、鲨肝醇。结果治疗组白细胞(WBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)下降情况明显比对照组好。结论八珍汤加味对于宫颈癌放疗引起的WBC下降有显著预防作用,对宫颈癌放疗引起的HGB下降预防作用较明显,但两组比较差异无统计学意义;宫颈癌放疗引起的血小板降低例数较少,预防价值不大。Objective To observed the Preventive effect of Eight-Treasure Decoction （increase the variety of Chinese herbal medicines）taking for cervical cancer radiotherapy hematological toxicity. Methods Selected 124 cases of cervical cancer patients receiving radiotherapy, no prophylactic use of recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor （rhG-CSF）, recombinant human erythropoietin （rhEPO）, recombinant human thrombopoietin （rhTPO）. Divided into treatment group and control group and evry group were 62 cases. Treatment group was received radiotherapy and Eight-Treasure Decoction （increase the variety of Chinese herbal medicines） ; control group with radiation while serving profitable Jun tablets, shark liver alcohol. Results In the treatment group WBC and hemoglobin （HGB） was decline better than the control group significantly. Conclusion Eight-Treasure Decoction （increase the variety of Chinese herbal medicines） had the function of prevention to decreas the WBC and HGB effect caused by radiation therapy on cervial cancer ignificantly, but no significant statistical difference. Cervical cancer radiotherapy-induced platelet （PLT） reduce the small number of cases so the prevention of value is little.
