摘　　要：目的研究血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(induciblenitric oxide synthase,iNOS)和内皮型一氧化氮合酶(endothelial nitric oxide synthase,eNOS)在涎腺腺样囊性癌中(sal-ivary adenoid eystic carcinoma,SACC)的表达及其相关性;研究一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)和VEGF的相互作用及在促肿瘤生长中的作用机制。方法应用免疫组化方法检测32例涎腺腺样囊性癌标本VEGF、iNOS和eNOS的表达及分布。结果 32例涎腺腺样囊性癌组织中,表达iNOS的为68.75%,表达eNOS的为78.13%,表达VEGF的占62.5%;VEGF与iNOS的表达具有明显相关性(P<0.05),VEGF与eNOS的表达无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论VEGF与iNOS的表达具有明显相关性,iNOS在VEGF的生成和发挥过程中起重要作用。Objective： To study the protein expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase（iNOS）,endothelial nitric oxide synthase（eNOS） and vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma（SACC） and their correlation,and to investigate the correlation between iNOS and VEGF,and the correlation between eNOS and VEGF in SACC.Methods： Tissue sections from 32 SACC patients were examined using immunohistochemistry technique for protein expression of iNOS,eNOS and VEGF.Results：① Positive iNOS,eNOS and VEGF immunostaining were detected in 68.75%,78.13% and 62.5% of SACC respectively.② Expression of VEGF had a significant positive relation with iNOS but not with eNOS.Conclusion： VEGF and iNOS have a significant positive correlation in SACC,and iNOS plays an important role in VEGF development.
