摘 要:目的探讨ITK在肺CT图像分割中的应用,尝试将其用于肺结节的计算机辅助检测。方法分别应用ITK中的连接域值等图像分割算法对肺CT图像进行分割,并对结果进行比较。结果不同的分割算法处理结果不尽一致,表明图像分割是图像处理中的难点之一。结论肺CT图像的分割非常困难,ITK提供的诸多算法中,Connected Threshold Image Filter算法对肺分割效果较好。Objective: To investigate the application of ITK in lung CT image segmentation and computer-aided detection of lung nodules.Methods: A few segment algorithms of ITK,i.e.ConnectedThresholdImageFilter,were used separately to segment lung CT image and the results were compared.Results: The results indicated that varied results were obtained when varied segment algorithms were applied and image segmentation was a very difficult project.Conclusion: It is very difficult to segment the lung CT image and the ConnectedThresholdImageFilter algorithm can achieve better results among the several algorithms provided in ITK.
