摘　　要：目的探讨ITK在肺CT图像分割中的应用,尝试将其用于肺结节的计算机辅助检测。方法分别应用ITK中的连接域值等图像分割算法对肺CT图像进行分割,并对结果进行比较。结果不同的分割算法处理结果不尽一致,表明图像分割是图像处理中的难点之一。结论肺CT图像的分割非常困难,ITK提供的诸多算法中,Connected Threshold Image Filter算法对肺分割效果较好。Objective： To investigate the application of ITK in lung CT image segmentation and computer-aided detection of lung nodules.Methods： A few segment algorithms of ITK,i.e.ConnectedThresholdImageFilter,were used separately to segment lung CT image and the results were compared.Results： The results indicated that varied results were obtained when varied segment algorithms were applied and image segmentation was a very difficult project.Conclusion： It is very difficult to segment the lung CT image and the ConnectedThresholdImageFilter algorithm can achieve better results among the several algorithms provided in ITK.
