摘　　要：为解决企业分销管理中销售信息滞后、信息丢失和信息反馈不及时等问题。文章在分析分销体系中分销管理的主要问题的基础上,基于Internet的ASP模式,结合"浏览器/服务器"和"客户/服务器"模式,建立了集中式管理的分销管理系统。该系统可以使管理者及时了解企业信息,迅速做出决策,对企业进行有效的管理,提高企业运营效率,最终提升企业的核心竞争力。To solve the problems of sales information lag,loss of information and feedback is not timely in the enterprise distribution management.This article analyzes the distribution management of the main problems in the distribution system,internet-based ASP model,with the function of the ＂Browser/Server＂ structure,use the ＂Client/Server＂ model,a centralized management of the distribution management system is established,and describes the design of the system software and hardware environment.The system can make managers to keep abreast of business information,make decisions quickly,effective management of producer,and improve business efficiency.And ultimately the core competitiveness of enterprises is improved.
