摘　　要：高等学校教学团队可持续发展能力建设体系,应在明确教学团队战略目标的基础上,提出教学团队可持续发展能力成熟度模型来指导团队未来的提升方向;在运作层次上应当提出团队组织建设、文化建设、管理工作流程建设等方法;在支持层次上构建团队管理信息系统或扩充范围的教学团队建设网络信息平台,以实现教学团队的管理、资源共享、组织学习。The building of college teaching teams＇ sustainable development ability should put forward,the Capability Maturity Mode of teaching teams＇ sustainable development ability on the basis of defining strategy targets.In the level of operation,specific methods should be worked out,such as how to organize members,distilling the unique philosophy of our teams,and laying down the workflow of the management,etc.In the level of support,Management Information System or the expanded Network Information Platform of our teams should be established,in order to realize our teams＇ management,share resources and organizationally study.
