肺癌患者血清TGF-β1 CEA CA125的联合检测及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)三项联合检测在肺癌诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测60例肺癌患者及30例健康者血清TGF-β1、CEA、CA125水平。结果:肺癌组血清TGF-β1、CEA、CA125水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);肺癌组血清TGF-β1、CEA、CA125联合检测的敏感度和准确度较单项检测提高。结论:临床检测血清TGF-β1、CEA、CA125水平有助于肺癌的诊断,三项指标联合检测可提高肺癌的诊断价值。Objective：To explore the clinical value of the conjoined detection TGF-β1,CEA and CA125 in the diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods： The serum levels of TGF-β1、CEA and CA125 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） in 60 patients with lung cancer and 30 health controls.Results ：The serum level of TGF-β1、CEA and CA125 in patients with lung cancer was significantly higher than that in normal subjects（P0.01）.The sensitivity and veracity of combined determination of serum TGF-β 1、CEA、CA125 in patients with lung cancer were higher than single determination of that.Conclusion： The serum levels of TGF-β1、CEA and CA125 were contribute to the diagnosis of lung cancer.Combined determination of that is useful in diagnosis of lung cancer.
