摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检术(sentinel lymph node biopsy,SLNB)的应用价值。方法:82例可手术乳腺癌患者,采用1%亚甲蓝作为前哨淋巴结(SLN)示踪剂。结果:全部行乳腺癌改良根治术,行SLN和腋窝淋巴结(ALN)活检,全组82例,成功检出SLN 78例,4例未检出,检出率为95.12%,准确率为96.15%。结论:应用亚甲蓝进行SLN的认定有利于简化乳腺癌手术方式,提高患者术后生活质量。Objective：To determine the value of sentinel lymph node biopsy for breastcancer.Method：82 cases of operable breast cancer were treated with 1% methylene blue as a sentinel lymph node（SLN） tracer.Results： All rows modified radical mastectomy,lines SLN and axillary lymph node（ALN） biopsy,the whole group of 82 patients successfully detected SLN 78 cases,4 cases were not detected,the detection rate of 95.12%,96.15% accuracy rate.Conclusion： Methylene blue for SLN identification will help simplify the way breast cancer surgery to improve patients quality of life.
