摘　　要：通过分析我国科技企业孵化器发展情况,指出建设和发展中存在的问题,提出政府要高度重视孵化器的建设和发展、加强创意科技企业孵化器建设、大力发展专业孵化器等建议。In this paper, through analyzing situation of development of incubators of science and technology enterprises in China, the author put forward existent problems in construction and development, and pointed suggestions of putting great ef- fort to construction and development of incubators, strengthening construction of innovative incubators of science and technol- ogy enterprises and vigorously developing professional incubators.
