摘　　要：随着医院托管制改革的不断深入,经济杠杆的调控手段被广泛运用,给思想政治工作带来冲击。同时因改革而产生的新情况、新问题更趋复杂和尖锐,而传统思想政治工作自身的不适应使其在面对这些新课题时无从发挥应有的作用,同样使思想政治工作由于错位、缺位和不到位而被弱化、淡化。本文对医院"医疗服务、资产经营法人目标责任制"改革中思想政治工作存在的问题及原因进行了分析,从思想政治工作与托管制改革紧密配合,确立围绕并服从和服务经济改革这个新重心;思想理论与行为理论有机结合,推动改革形成新进展;精神激励与物质奖励相互促合,以建立思想政治工作的新体系三个方面,就加强改革过程中思想政治工作的针对性和实效性,巩固思想政治工作在医院建设和发展中的地位进行了探索。Along with the hospital trusteeship reform unceasingly thorough, economic lever adjusting control method is widely used, for the ideological and political work to bring the impact. At the same time, because of the reform and new situation, new problems become more complex and sharp, while the traditional ideological and political work is not to make it in the face of these new subject can not play its due role, also make the ideological and political work due to misalignment, vacancy and does not reach the designated position was weakened, desalination. This paper expounds the hospital＂ medical services, asset management and corporate responsibility of target ot＂ of ideology politics work in reform of the existing problems and the reasons were analyzed, from the ideological and political work and trusteeship reform closely, established around and obedience and service economy to reform this new focus; theory and behavior theory of the organic combination, promote reform to form a new progress; spiritual encouragement and material reward close to each other, in order to establish the ideological and political work of the new system from three aspects, strengthening the ideological and political work in the reform process of the pertinence and actual effect, strengthen ideological and political work in the hospital construction and development status of exploration.
