摘 要:研发了一种基于电热效应和冰水开关原理的绝缘子防冰涂料,设计了涂料的应用方式及在绝缘子表面的喷涂方案。试验表明该种涂料具有良好防覆冰性能,可有效阻止冰层在绝缘子表面的形成。涂料绝缘子的雨闪、污闪耐受试验表明该涂料在非覆冰期基本无损耗,其污闪电压也高于无涂料绝缘子,具有良好的综合效能。A new anti-icing coating for insulators is developed based on electrocaloric effect and switching principle, and its application modes and spray finishing scheme on insulators are designed in this paper. It proves in tests that the coating is so good in anti-icing property as to be able to prevent effectively the icing on insulator surfaces. The tolerance tests of the insulators painted with the coating in condition of rain contamination flashoer (RCF) show that almost no loss happens to the coating during the non-ice period, and the pollution flashover voltage of the insulators is higher than that of the insulators without coating, and thus the compositive efficiency of the coating is good.
