摘　　要：大容量、高速度、高密度、低功耗、低成本、高可靠性和灵活性一直是星上记录设备信息存储技术的主要研究内容和追求目标。文中研究并实现了一种基于NAND型Flash的高速大容量固态存储系统,成果为实际研制应用于星的基于闪存的大容量存储器奠定了基础,具体较好的指导和借鉴意义。Large capacity,high speed,high density,low power consumption,low cost,high reliability and flexibility are always the primary research areas and goals of the information storage technique for the data record equipment.This paper analyzes the implementation of a high-speed solid storage system with large capacity based on NAND flash memory.The fruit of the thesis establishes a firm foundation for the actual development of flash memory based SSR used on the satellite and is very useful for reference.
