摘 要:水稻雄性不育基因的利用是开发新的育种方法的重要途径,对于进一步提高水稻产量,增强水稻抗性,改善水稻品质具有重要意义。该文对水稻雄性不育的机理及其分类进行了阐述,概述了光敏核不育基因、温敏核不育基因、显性核不育基因的定位方法,总结了近年来这些基因定位方面的研究进展,讨论了其他类型核不育水稻的研究成果,并提出水稻不育基因在应用方面存在的问题,同时对它的应用前景进行了展望。The use of the genic male sterile gene in rice is the important approach for developing new breeding method, which is significant for further increasing rice yield, enhancing rice resistance and improving rice quality. In this paper, the mechanism and classification of the genic male sterile gene in rice were stated; the methods of mapping photoperiod--sensitive genic male sterile gene, thermo-sensitive genic male sterile gene and dominant genic male sterile gene were overviewed; and the recent advances on the mapping research of these genic male sterile genes were summarized. In addition, the researches on other types of genic male sterile rice were reviewed. Finally, the problems and prospects of the application of the genic male sterile genes were proposed.
