摘 要:为了明确均质与非均质储层水平井正对排状井网蒸汽驱过程中温度场和黏度场的变化规律,进行了驱替实验研究。利用实验室平面物理模型中布置的高精度温度传感器,测量了驱替过程中不同时间点模型温度场的分布,得到了水平井正对排状井网蒸汽驱时的蒸汽腔形状、蒸气腔发育规律、含水上升规律及最终采收率。根据黏温关系,利用插值得到了黏度场分布及变化规律。实验对比了水平注采井间存在高渗带时,高渗带对蒸汽腔发育、含水上升规律和最终采收率的影响。实验结果表明,存在高渗带且低渗带与高渗带渗透率之比为1∶8时,均质模型最终采收率比非均质模型高17.14%。Displacement experiments were carried out in order to clarify the change of temperature and viscosity fields in the process of steam flooding development of horizontal wells in row pattern of homoge neous and heterogeneous reservoirs. Temperature distribution in this model at different time during dis placement process was measured with highprecision temperature sensor put in the plane physical model. And the steam chamber shape, steam chamber growth rule, watercut ascending rule and the ultimate re covery of horizontal wells during steaming flooding in row pattern were obtained. According to the viscositytemperature relationship from the model, an interpolation method can be employed to obtain the distri bution and change of viscosity field. The effects of high permeability zone on temperature field,water cut ascending and ultimate recovery are compared. The results showed that the ultimate recovery of homogeneous model is 17.14% greater than that of heterogeneous one when high permeability zones exist and the ratio of lowpermeability zone to highpermeability zone is 1 :8. The experiment results can provide a guide line in the development of heavy oil reservoirs.
