摘　　要：为满足银行对卡系统在计算费率时,提出的业务收费灵活、多变,增加新业务时,能快速设置相应的费率等各方面的需求,本文在银行卡费率模块设计中采用用户可自定义计算公式。在自定义算法公式中,支持各种数学运算符,并且在定位费率模式时各个卡种之间采用继承的方式来定位费率,用户在配置费率模块时采用B/S架构的JSP界面进行配置。该方法在实际应用中具有灵活多变,新业务产生时对应费率能与之快速匹配,已经用于银行卡系统收费平台。In order to meet the requirements that the bank card system in the calculation of rates, can meet business charges flexi- ble, changeable, and can quickly set the corresponding rates when increase new business, the bank card rate module is adopted the design that user can customize the calculation formula, various mathematical operators can be supported in the custom algo- rithm formula, and the localization rate mode for each card is adopted between the inheritance approach to locating rates, user can configure the rate module by B/S architecture of JSP interface configuration. The method in the practical application are flexible and changeable, new business is generated corresponding rate and fast matching. It has applied to the bank card system platform.
