摘　　要：从国家经济建设与社会发展需求出发,阐述中国科学技术大学依托理工学科优势,创新工程硕士教育培养模式,具体分析了如何在课程体系、工程实践、学位论文、管理体制等方面打造具有自身特色的工程硕士教育品牌,以赢得较高的社会声誉。In order to meet the needs of our country＇s economic and social development, USTC has innovated the training mode of its Master-of-Engineering programs by taking advantage of its strengths in science and technology. Efforts have been made to develop a training framework characterized by a unique curriculum, hands-on engineering practice, in-depth thesis preparation and effective management. This system has received remarkable public recognition.
