摘 要:指出联盟创新收益与企业投入资源是一种互相牵制的关系,建立了协同创新收益模型和各企业创新资源投入模型。我们采用Lingo优化软件,以移动商务产品创新为例,分析了在收益不确定环境下联盟中具有不同开发能力和拥有不同资源的各企业的资源投入意愿和计划。结果表明:在两种基于资源投入的不同收益机制形式下,企业为了获取自身最大化效用,资源投入数量会随着风险的增加而上升;但随着风险进一步加大,投入意愿将停止;风险越大,资源投入意愿持续性越差,各企业会考虑资源的获取成本和创新权重,表现出不同的决策行为和对两种收益分配机制的不同偏好。Between the revenue of collaborative innovation and the resources input in the alliance there is a relationship of mutual restraint. This paper has built an optimal model of resource input of the alliance and a model of innovation resource input. By using Lingo optimization software, taking the innovation of mobile commerce product for example, we have analyzed the resource input willingness and plans of firms with different development capabilities and different advantage resources in the alliance under the environment of an uncertain revenue. The results show that the quantity of resources input will increase as risks increase, but with the risks increaseing furthermore, the investment willingness will be stopped, the greater the risk is, the sustainability of investment willingness will become worse,the firms will show different decisionmaking behavior and preferences of the two revenue sharing mechanisms in accordance with the cost of resources access and the weight of innovation.
