黎族9项头面部群体遗传学指标的研究

摘　　要：按照《人体测量手册》、《人体测量方法》和国际学术界公认的方法,调查了海南省黎族中学生720例(男347例,女373例)9项遗传学指标.结果显示:①有内眦褶、铲型门齿、突型下颏和额头发际有尖及卷发的出现率较低,上眼睑皱褶率中等偏高,凸型鼻梁率中等水平,宽形鼻孔率中等偏低,有耳垂率偏高.②除上眼睑皱褶、额头发际和发形外,其余6项指标的出现率性别间均无显著差异.③9项指标中部分指标间存在相关关系.Nine genetic indexes,including mongoloid fold,eye fold of the upper eyelid,front tooth type,nasal profile,nostril form,chin projection,lobe type,hair point of the forehead and hair form,of 720 middle school students（347 males and 373 females） of Li nationality were investigated in accordance with Body Measurement Manual,Body Measurement Methods and the international academic community-accepted approach.The results were as follows.（1） People of Li nationality had comparatively low rate of mongoloid fold,slightly higher than middle rate of upper eyelid eyefold,low rate of shovel-shaped front tooth,middle rate of umbonate nasal profile,slightly lower than middle rate of wide nostril,low rate of protruding chin,slightly higher than middle rate of ear lobe,low rate of hair point on the forehead and curly hair form.（2） With the exception of eye fold of the upper eyelid,hair point of the forehead and hair form,all the other 6 indexes showed no sex difference.（3） Some correlations were noticed among thee 9 indexes.
