浅析如何发挥健美操在“阳光体育运动”中的作用

摘　　要：针对当前健美操在我国各级各类学校中开展广泛,深受学生欢迎和其对"阳光体育运动"的推动起着重要作用的现状,对如何进一步发挥健美操在"阳光体育"中的作用进行了的分析。结果认为,加强宣传、扩大认知,深化健美操课程改革,加强学生健美操协会建设和促进学生健美操竞赛开展等手段和措施是解决这一课题的有效途径。Focusing on the current of aerobics carrying out extensively in various types of school, greeted by students and playing the important role in sunshine sports movement, this paper analyzed how to play the role of aerobics in sunshine sports. The result shows that increasing propaganda, deepening aerobics curriculum reform, strengthening students＇ association construction, promoting students＇ aerobics contest are the effective ways to solve this problem.
