摘　　要：以鮃鲽类为例分析工业化养殖水产品安全性的研究进展,对2010年以来鮃鲽类的科学研究包括加工技术、质量管理、流通消费等内容进行了全面的总结与分析,指出现今存在的问题,并结合国内外研究成果,对今后的工作提出了参考意见。The research progress on the safety of industrial farmed aquatic products was introduced, taking flounder farming as an example. Research progress since 2000 in areas including processing technology, quality management, distribution and consumption were summarized and analyzed. Hindering problems were raised and suggestion for future work was proposed combining the research achievements both at home and abroad.
