鱼肉中喹诺酮类药物残留检测前处理方法的研究

摘　　要：利用改进的QuEChERS前处理方法提取鱼肉中依诺沙星(EO)、诺氟沙星(NRF)、盐酸环丙沙星(CPFHCl)和恩诺沙星(ERF)4种氟喹诺酮类药物。采用90%乙腈酸溶液作为提取剂,结合分散固相萃取(DSPE)净化,以PSA固体颗粒作吸附剂,利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)进行检测。4种药物回收率可达80%～96%,相对标准偏差均小于6%。结果证明此方法能够满足鱼肉中氟喹诺酮类兽药残留的简便、快速、高效检测。Based on QuEChERS methodology, this paper describes a new sample preparation procedure of residues of four fluoroquinolones （Ciprofloxacin HCl, Enrofloxaein, Norfloxacin and Enoxacin ） in fish tissues. Samples were treated with 90% acetonitrile acid solution, followed by dispersive solid - phase extraction （DSPE） , and cleaned up step with PSA. The analysis was performed by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. Mean recoveries from spiked samples ranged from 80% to 96% with relative standard deviations （RSD） lower than 6%. The developed procedure is simple, fast and effective.
