摘　　要：目的评价盐酸奈法唑酮治疗抑郁症的有效性和安全性。方法精神抑郁患者176例,临床上采用随机、双盲、对照的试验方法,将其与传统的经典药物氟西汀进行比较。采用HAMD、CGI量表评价药物试验有效性,记录不良反应。结果两组患者在治疗1、2、4、6周后HAMD量表评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗前后组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均只有1例患者出现较严重的不良反应,其他患者不良反应均较轻。结论盐酸奈法唑酮是一种有效、安全的抗抑郁药物,不良反应轻且少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To Evaluate efficacy and safety in treatment of depression with Nefazodone hydrochloride. Methods All of 176 cases of depression, on clinical randomized, accepte double blind, placebo-controlled trial. HAMD, CGI were evaluated drug testing. Adverse reaction was used to evaluate the safety of drug therap. Results The difference between two groups of patients in the treatment of 1, 2, 4, 6 weeks was not significant. The difference between two sets of patients before and after treatment was significant. Both groups are only 1 patients appear more serious adverse reactions. Other ad- verse reactions in patients as lighter. Conclusion Nefazodone hydrochloride is an effective antidepressant drugs, with light and less adverse drug reactions.
