摘　　要：在信息化时代,企业内部信息的高效流通对管理质量起着至关重要的作用。探讨了企业内部应用即时通讯系统的必要性,介绍了Active Messenger即时通讯软件的特点,从多角度展示了极具北京石油机械厂特色的制造企业内部高效的沟通平台,为其他制造业应用即时通讯平台提供了借鉴。A rapid and efficient circulation of intranet information stream shows great strength in quality management in the information age. This paper explores the application necessity of the Instant Messaging （IM） system in enterprises, introduces the features of IM software： ActiveMessenger （AM）. Taking an efficient communication platform at Beijing Petroleum Machinery Company as an example, it introduces the platform characteristics, provides the reference of IM application to other manufacturing enterprises.
