摘　　要：本文从深化教学改革、重视科研、提高教师素质和能力、加强学科建设、提高教学质量等方面入手,阐述了师资队伍建设的思路与方法。Starting with deepening teaching reform,attaching importance to scientific research,improving quality and competence,discipline construction,improving teaching quality etc.,this paper elaborates the thoughts and methods of PE teaching body＇s construction in institutions of higher learning.
