摘　　要：将改良早期预警评分标准与信息化技术相结合,建立"潜在重危病"信息化识别模式,达到缩短预警时间、及早发现和处置危重病例、提高医疗质量、保障患者安全的目的。To establish information recognition model of ＂ potentially critical and severe diseases＂ by combining modified early warning score （MEWS） scoring criteria and information technology; in order to shorten early warning time, to detect and dis- pose critical illness earlier, to improve the quality of medical care and to protect patients＇safety.
