摘　　要：采用D -近似最优设计法系统的研究了NaOH质量分数、碱处理时间及碱处理温度这三个主要因素对制备壳聚糖的影响 ,并以脱乙酰度为主要性能指标 ,提出不脱蛋白质的壳聚糖制备工艺条件。This paper reports the study on the effects of three factors (Concentration of NaOH ,time of NaOH treatment, and temprature of NaOH treatment) in preparation of chitos. According to D approximate design experimental method, we have proposed the technological condition for preparation of unprotein chitosan with the degree of deacetylation of chitosan as the main property index.
