摘　　要：目的探讨结直肠癌术后主要并发症的防治。方法对2002年1月至2010年12月于钦州市钦南区东场卫生院外科及钦州市第二人民医院普外科行手术治疗的526例结直肠癌患者术后并发症的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果吻合口漏42例,骶前出血2例,造口回缩2例,造口狭窄2例,造口周围皮炎1例,肠梗阻2例,应激性溃疡3例,术后早期炎性肠梗阻3例,切口感染23例。结论预防并发症是降低手术死亡率、提高患者生活质量的关键。Objective To investigate the prevention managements of complications after operation of colorectal cancer.Methods A retrospective study of 526 post-operation patients with colorectal cancer from Jan 2002 to Dec 2010 was performed.Results The complications included anastomosis leakage in 42 cases,presacral veniplex bleeding in 2 cases,ischemic necrosis of stoma in 1 case,para-stomal hernia in 2 cases,stoma rebound in 2 case,stoma stricture in 2 cases,cutitis of peripheral stoma in 1 case,intestinal obstruction in 2 cases,stress ulcer in 3 cases,early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction in 3 case,incision infection in 23 cases.Conclusion It is important to prevent complications after operation of colorectal cancer,which can reduce the operation mortality and improve the quality of life.
