摘　　要：脑卒中(Stroke)是一种突然起病的脑血液循环障碍性疾病,是各种诱发因素引起脑内动脉狭窄,闭塞或破裂。而造成急性脑血液循环障碍,临床上表现为一过性或永久性脑功能障碍的症状和体征。脑卒中分为缺血性脑卒中和出血性脑卒中。卒中死亡率仅低于心血管病和肿瘤,位列第三位,其致残率位居第一,对患者、家庭和社会都是一种沉重的负担,因而是一个重要的公共卫生问题[1]。而高血压是卒中充分且可控制的重要危险因素之一,治疗高血压在卒中一级预防中具有重要意义。Stroke is a sudden onset of cerebral blood circulation disorders. Stroke into ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke in the stroke. Only than cardiovascular disease and cancer mortality in stroke, finished third, their disability rates ranked first, for patients, families and society is a heavy burden, which is a major public health problem. Hypertension is a full stroke and can control one of the important risk factors, treatment of hypertension in primary prevention of stroke, with great significance.
