手机移动学习在农民工就业培训中的应用研究

摘　　要：全球金融危机冲击背景下,中国经济正面临转型,而大量高素质就业水平农民工短缺问题,成为中国经济发展的重要障碍之一。随着当前新兴手机移动学习理论的提出和手机3G网络技术的发展,手机移动学习提升农民工就业水平已具备一定的必要性和可能性,研究手机移动学习在农民工职业培训中的具体应用策略已成为当前促进农民工再就业的一个重要契机。Under the impact of the global financial crisis,the current Chinese economy need to reform,but the shortage of large number of high-quality level migrant workers,has become a major obstacle to Chinese economic development.Along with the emerging of the mobile learning theory and the developing of 3G mobile phone network technology,it is necessary and possible to use mobile learning to enhance the level of employment of migrant workers.Making research on the vocational training of migrant workers with mobile learning has now become an important re-employment opportunity for migrant workers.
