摘　　要：目的分析上消化道粘膜下恒径小动脉破裂出血(Dieulafoy病)在胃镜下诊断及治疗,以提高该病的诊断率和止血成功率。方法对2002年7月～2009年4月经胃镜诊断为Dieulafoy病并进行内镜下治疗的45例患者进行包括一般资料、临床表现、内镜下表现、内镜下治疗等方面的综合分析。结果上消化道Dieulafoy病是引起上消化道非静脉曲张出血的原因之一,其发病呈间歇性,具有位置特殊性及内镜下典型表现的特点,内镜下止血治疗成功率可达92.7%。objective To analyze the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dieulafoy’s Disease by Gastroscopy,in order to improve its accuracy of diagnosis and successful haemostasis.Methods 45 patients of Dieulafoy’s Disease were diagnosed and treated by gastroscopy from 2002 to 2009,the general data,clinical manifestation,manifestation under gastroscopy,haemostasis under gastroscopy and so on were analyzed.Results Dieulafoy’s Disease is one of the cause of gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Intermittence,specificity in location,typical expression under gastroscopy are its characteristic.The successful haemostasis rate under gastroscopy was 92.7%.
