摘　　要：目的探讨肾上腺淋巴瘤的CT特征表现,以提高对本病的进一步认识。方法回顾性分析12例经手术和穿刺活检病理证实的肾上腺淋巴瘤,分析其影像学特点。结果在这12例病例中,单侧2例,双侧10例,共22个肿块,12例均行CT平扫及增强扫描,平扫表现为肾上腺区大小不等软组织肿块,密度均匀或不均匀,边界清晰或不清晰,增强扫描动脉期轻中度强化,强化均匀或欠均匀,部分病例延迟强化。12例中2例侵犯同侧肾脏及血管,2例肝脏受侵,1例侵犯腔静脉致瘤栓形成。结论肾上腺淋巴瘤具有一定的自身影像学特征。Objective To evaluate the features of adrenal lymphoma with CT features..Methods Retrospective analysis of 12 patients with surgery and needle biopsy of the adrenal lymphoma,imaging features were observed.Results In 12 cases,unilateral in 2 cases,bilateral in 10 cases,a total of 22 tumors,12 patients underwent CT scans.CT showed adrenal gland size,ranging from soft-tissue mass,density,homogeneous or inhomogeneous,the boundary clear or not clear,mild to moderate increase in arterial phase enhanced scanning,enhanced uniform or less uniform,some cases of delayed enhancement.Two of 12 cases involved the ipsilateral kidney and the vessels of the kidey,2 cases of liver involvement,one case of infringement of the superior vena cava caused by tumor thrombus.Conclusions Adrenal lymphoma with imaging characteristics of some of its own.
