自体鼻中隔软骨在单侧唇裂序列治疗的应用

摘　　要：目的利用自体鼻中隔软骨移植修复单侧唇裂术后继发的鼻唇畸形。方法切取鼻中隔软骨,用以重建鼻软骨支架,改善外观。结果 20例患者唇裂继发鼻唇畸形得到明显改善,外形基本对称。结论自体鼻中隔软骨在单侧唇裂序列治疗中能明显地改善鼻唇畸形,值得临床推广。Objective To correct nasal deforminites of cleft lip and palate by cartilage of nasal cartilage septum.Methods Cartilage of nasal septum was harvested to reconstruct nasal cartilage support and correct nasal shape.Results 20 cases were treated by this method and the results were satisfying and the contour of the nose were similar to normal.Conclusion Cartilage of nasal septum can be used to correct nasal deformities of cleft lip and palate.This is an adeal method with slight wound,shorter operative time quick recovery and concealed postoperative scar.
