阿立哌唑治疗首发精神分裂症40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察阿立哌唑治疗首发～精神分裂症的疗效和安全性,指导临床合理用药。方法对住院治疗的40例首发精神分裂症,单独应用阿立哌唑,临床观察8周。采用BPRS评定临床疗效,并记录下不良反应。结果经阿立哌唑治疗,临床痊愈35例(87.5%);好转4例(10.0%);无效1例(2.5%),不良反应少而轻。结论阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症疗效肯定,不良反应少而轻。Objective Objective to explore the curative effect and safety of aripirazole in treatment of first episode schizophrenia,To gudie reasonable drug in clinic.Methods to forty first episode schizophrenia patients in hospital,we applicate aripirazole Separately,observe 8 weeks.We adopt BPRS to judge the clinical effection,at the same time we wirte the advese reaction.Results Through the treatment of aripirazole,cilinical recoveried 35 patients（87.5%）;Upturned 4 patients（10.0%）： No effected 1 patients（2.5%）,There is seldom adverse reaction,and the adverse reaction is very light.Conclusion Aripiprazole has better curative effects and safety,milder side effect,and better patients＇compiance in the treatment of schizophrenia.
