肝素对内毒素所致大鼠肝损伤的保护作用

摘  要:目的:探讨肝素对内毒素所致大鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法:腹腔注射6mg/kg脂多糖(LPS)复制大鼠肝损伤模型,肝素组腹腔注射120U/kg肝素预防。5h后取血,利用全自动生化仪检测乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)等指标,光镜下观察肝脏病理学改变。结果:与对照组相比,模型组生化指标LDH、ALT、AST均明显升高(P<0.01),光镜下肝窦及间质血管充血明显。肝素组各项指标较模型组均明显改善(P<0.01),肝窦及间质血管充血减轻。结论:肝素能够减轻内毒素所致的大鼠肝损伤。Objective : To investigate the protective effect of heparin in endotoxin - induced liver injury. Methods: The model of liver in- jury established with LPS (6 mg/kg) by intraperitoneal injection. Heparin group were injected with LPS(6 mg/kg) and heparin( 120 U/kg). The blood sample was taken after 5 h. To detect LDH,ALT and AST by Olympus biochemical autoanalyzer;Then take out the liver and observe pathol- ogy change of the tissue section. Results: Compared with control group: experimental data from model group indicated that LDH, ALT and AST obviously changed( P 〈 0. 01 ). Liver biopsy showed vascular engorgement. All the biochemical indicators ameliorated among heparin group than model group (P 〈 0.01 ) ,while pathological change was alleviated in liver. Conclusion :This study shows that heparin can attenuate the endotox- in - induced liver injury in the pathogenesis of rat.
