摘  要:目的:了解可摘义齿的菌斑覆盖状况并探讨其影响因素,为可摘义齿的菌斑控制提供指导。方法:随机抽取226例可摘义齿佩戴者为对象,进行问卷调查和义齿临床检查,对调查结果进行单因素分析及多因素Logistic回归分析。结果:单因素分析显示,可摘义齿菌斑各影响因素中,义齿的戴用时间、清洁方式、夜间保存方式、表面有无磨痕等均对义齿的菌斑评分有影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,各影响因素中,义齿清洁方式和戴用时间是义齿菌斑评分的主要影响因素。结论:使用高效清洁方式如义齿清洁剂的义齿菌斑轻于其他方式组,义齿戴用时间长的人群义齿菌斑重于戴用时间短者。故建议义齿戴用者采用义齿清洁剂这种高效、便捷的清洁方式来维护义齿的清洁卫生,同时可以对义齿进行定期抛光,并在使用一定年限后更换或制作新义齿来抑制菌斑的产生。Objective To guide patients to control their dentures plaque by comprehending the plaque coverage of removable partial denture and exploring its influencing factors. Methods A questionnaire survey and clinical examination of 226 patients with removable dentures were randomly carried out,and multifactorial logistic regression analysis followed by monofactorial analysis was applied to analyze the survey results. Results According to monofactorial analysis involved the influencing factors of removable dentures,wearing time,cleaning methods,methods of denture conservation for night and denture base abrasion all have significant difference (P〈0.05). Logistic regression analysis displays that cleaning methods and wearing time are main influencing factors among various influencing factors. Conclusion The plaque of removable denture with an efficient cleaning method such as denture cleanser is significantly less than its control methods;the plaque of denture of longer wearing time is significantly more than that of shorter wearing time.Accordingly,suggestions such as using efficient denture cleanser to clean dentures,polishing denture periodically,replacing old dentures with new ones after years usage and so on are given to patients to inhibit plaque of their dentures.
