摘　　要：角膜屈光术后欠矫及回退是影响手术效果和稳定性的重要因素,其治疗方法主要包括药物和手术治疗。本文从欠矫及回退的原因、治疗方法的选择这两个方面作一综述,以期为角膜屈光术后欠矫及回退的治疗提供参考。Undercorrection and regression are the key factors which affect the result and stability of corneal refractive surgery.The therapies of them include pharmacotherapy and surgical treatment.This article reviews the reasons and therapies of undercorrection and regression in order to provide reference for treating them after corneal refractive surgery.
