摘　　要：本文是我国啤酒生产用水状况总体研究的提要。它概括了啤酒生产用水的结构、主要影响因素、概率分布及变化发展方面的基本结论。本文阐述了开展行业生产用水状况研究及实行工业用水定额管理的意义。This paper is a summary of an overall research of beer production water consumption in China. It summarizes the essential conclusions of the structure, main af fecting factors, probability distribution and the change and development trend of beer water production consumption. In this paper the significance of launching the research of trade production water consumption and managing industrial water consumption on quota basis are also illustrated.
