自体眶骨膜替代睑板植入修复外眦部眼睑缺损

摘　　要：目的观察自体眶骨膜修复眼外眦部眼睑缺损的临床效果。方法采用自体眶骨膜替代睑板联合滑行结膜瓣和眶周旋转滑行皮瓣修复外眦部眼睑缺损。共6例(6只眼),术后随访6个月至3年。结果术后眼睑形态及功能满意,无收缩性上睑内卷,睑内外翻,植入骨膜瓣无吸收、移位及感染。结论自体眶骨膜替代睑板植入修复外眦部眼睑缺损简便易行,术后并发症少。自体眶骨膜是理想的睑板替代物。Objective To study clinical effects of autologous orbital periosteum instead of tarsus plates for rebuilding tarsus missing near exteral canthus.Methods Restoration of tarsus missing links near exteral canthus with orbital periosteum in replace of tarsus plat sliding conjunctiva and rooted valve,a total of 6 cases were subsequent followed up from six-month to six-year.Results Tarsus shape and function were satisfactory without systole in-tarsus reel or external turn,upturned eye-lash or concessions.Orbital periosteum flap transp lanteel in meet no absorption,shift or infection.Conclusion The autologous orbital periosteum flap employed in repairing eyelid defect is easy to perform and ideal for tarsus-plate substitutes.
