摘　　要：介绍了一种合成替米沙坦的新方法。以2-正丙基-4-甲基-6-(1-甲基苯并咪唑-2-基)苯并咪唑为原料,经缩合、水解、酸化得替米沙坦,总收率为74.5%。本合成工艺原料易得,操作简便,光学纯度好,产品收率高,有较好的工业应用前景。A new process for telmisartan was described.The object compound was synthesized from 2-n-propyl -4-methyl-6-（1-methylbenzimidazole-2-yl） benzimidazole as the starting material via steps including condensation, hydrolysis and acidification,with a total yield of 74.5%.New process has many advantages,such as simple procedure,short reaction period,high optical purity,cheaper raw material,higher yield.So it shoud have a good prospect for industrial application.
