摘  要:以普通钠钙载玻片为基片,采用溶胶一凝胶法制备了ZnO薄膜。XRD结果表明薄膜C轴取向明显,SEM显示颗粒大小为20nm左右,紫外可见光测定说明薄膜在可见光区域透光率基本为86%左右,透光率好,而接触角实验结果表明紫外照射ZnO薄膜30min,水滴能完全在薄膜上铺展,接触角为0°,具有很好的亲水防雾性能,且维持性较好,5d以内仍具有亲水防雾性能。ZnO thin films coated on soda-lime glass slide were prepared by sol-gel process.The XRD results revealed that the ZnO thin films was of obvious c-axis orientation.The grain sizes were about 20 nm as abserved by SEM.The transmission values were observed up to 86% in the visible range by UV-Vis.The ZnO thin films have been proved with good photoinduced hydrophilicity and antifogging ability,since water drops can spread out completely on ZnO thin films with 0°contact angle after 30 minutes exposing to UV light.Furthermore,ZnO thin films still maintained these properties within 5 days.
