摘  要:常熟理工学院附中教育改革在实行学生素质发展评估、学生学习习惯目标化管理等尝试的基础上,确定以教学案为抓手,以苏州市指导学生自学教学改革实验学校为平台,通过编制并使用教学案培养初中生学科化的自主学习策略,最终提高学生自主学习能力。Seismic monitoring is the primary task and the key link of earthquake prediction and disaster reduction work. A series of technical standards, specifications, rules and regulations about stations (network) running, output and management are developed and implemented by China Seismological Bureau. Standardization and institutionalization of seismic monitoring is strengthened significantly. To ensure the smooth progress of the work ,a series of earthquake security measures are developed by Earthquake Administration of Tianjin. Technicians independently developed the SMS management center, the daily comprehensive management platform, station data comprehensive evaluation platform and other sets of system software, which are playing the core role throughout all aspects of the operation and management, which improved monitoring efficiency, production efficiency and management efficiency.
