摘　　要：目的:探讨金属烤瓷桥(porcelain-fused-to-metal bridge,PFMB)固定牙周病松动牙列对基牙牙周组织的影响。方法:选择34例因牙周病松动需要单侧固定修复松动牙,且对侧存留相应天然牙的病例,将对侧天然牙作为对照组。在修复后2周、6个月、12个月、18个月定期检测基牙与对照组的龈沟液(GCF)量、牙龈出血指数(GBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、探诊深度(PD)等牙周指数的变化。结果:松牙用PFMB固定修复后,实验组GCF等牙周指数仍有不断升高趋势(P<0.05),但与对照组(对侧相应天然牙)升高水平接近(P>0.05)。结论:用PFMB固定松动牙列对牙周组织有刺激性,但短期对牙周组织影响不明显,长期影响有待进一步观察。Objective：To investigate the effects of porcelain-fused-to-metal bridge （PFMB） for fixation of loose dentures on periodontal tissues. Methods：We included 34 patients who needed ipsilateral denture fixation due to periodontal disease and whose corresponding teeth on the contralateral side remained intact. In these patients, the intact contralateral teeth were designated as self-controls. At 2 weeks,6 months, 12 months and 18 months after PFMB fixation, we measured the changes in periodontal indexes, including gingival crevicular fluid （GCF） ,gingival bleeding index （ GBI）, dental plague index （PLI） and probing depth （ PD）, at the abutment and control teeth. Results ： After PFMB, the periodontal indexes （ GCF, GBI, PLI and PD） at the abutment teeth showed increasingly improvement （P 〈 0.05） ,and were comparable with those at the controlteeth （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion：PFMB fixation may have short-term irritant but mild effect on periodontal tissues in the short term, although its long-term effects remains to be further studied.
