摘　　要：随着计算机技术的发展,专业技能型人才培养和就业的任务愈发艰巨。文章从学生就业的现实情况出发,从青年教师的培养、课程设置、教学环节、教学管理和就业五个方面,阐述了培养计算机专业人才创新素质的方法与途径。With the development of computer technology, the task of the training and employment of skilled talents in computer specialty becomes more and more difficult. Based on the actual situation of student employment, this paper discussed the methods of training the skilled talents＇ innovative quality from the aspects of young teacher training, curriculum, teaching links, teaching management and employment.
