摘　　要：本文以独立学院的生源特点为基础,以应用型人才培养为目标,提出通过加强实践教学的组织管理、加强实践教学基本建设来保障独立学院应用型人才培养质量。Based on the characteristics of the students source in private colleges and aiming at the cultivation of applied talent cultivation,this paper puts forward that the quality of applied talent cultivation in private colleges should be ensured by reinforcing the organization and management of practical teaching and strengthening the capital construction of practical teaching.
