摘 要:对柴油机的供油系统参数(包括启喷压力、供油提前角和每循环供油量)进行优化,采用EGR来进一步降低NOx排放。结果表明:经过供油参数优化后混合燃料柴油机的动力性和经济性与原机相当,但碳烟排放的最大降幅达到15.4%,NOx排放的最大降幅达到28.25%。In this paper, parameters of fuel system on diesel engine are optimized, including the injection pressure, injection timing and fuel delivery. In addition, the engine adopted an EGR as further measures to drop NOx emissions. The results showed that: After the optimized parameters of fuel supply, the maximum value of soot emissions decreased by 15.4% and NOx emissions is reduced by the maximum value of 28.25% ; however, the performance of power and fuel consumption were almost the same compared with the original diesel engine.
